Team Effectiveness

In addition to qualitative research techniques involving interviews and assessments of cohesion, we have a suite of assessment tools that enable a look at effectiveness in comparison to industry benchmarks.

Individual effectiveness in a team-based environment can be assessed using the Team Impact Report. This can answer the question "How will he/she work in a team-based environment where there are concrete performance expectations for the team."

Aggregate reporting can also be used to assess how specific individuals will function together as an existing or to-be-created team. This can help answer the question "How will these specific individuals function as a team?"

The effectiveness of a team can also be assessed using the Group Competency Report. This can answer the question "What strengths and opportunities for development do these individuals have as a group?"
